A variety of unique, very delicious stuffed fresh bagels. Got the Jalapeno Bloom which is stuffed with pickled and plain jalapenos with whipped cream cheese. Topped with thin strips of aged mozzarella and "Bloom Butter". Fantastic! There is often a line and they run out of the more popular and newest items. Ambience: fast, efficient, and get out!

Bloom Bagels is absolutely worth the visit! We tried their freshly baked bagels along with two specialty drinks, and everything exceeded expectations. The bagels were warm, soft on the inside with the perfect chewy texture, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they’re made fresh. The drinks were just as impressive—refreshing, unique, and a great pairing with the food. The café has a clean, modern vibe, and even though it was busy, the staff stayed friendly, organized, and efficient.

We tried the chili oil scallion and ube almond bagels, as those were the only flavors left by the time we arrived. We got there around 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, so I’d recommend going a bit earlier for a better selection. The bagels were incredibly fluffy and generously sized. The chili oil scallion bagel was delicious and packed with flavor. The ube almond bagel was good as well, but slightly on the sweeter side, and the portion felt a bit too large for me to finish comfortably. Overall, I’d definitely come back to try more flavors.

This will be my new go to bagel spot when I'm in the area for sure. Ordered the jalapeño bagel which was soft and flavorful. The banana espresso latte was smaller than I expected for the price. Don't make the mistake I made... mix the foam before you drink. All the banana flavor is in the foam!

Tried Bloom Bagels after hearing so many recommendations from friends and family, and we pretty much sampled every flavor they had. We ordered ahead on the way there, and everything was ready when we arrived, which made pickup easy. We got 7 bagels for about $80, so it’s definitely more of a treat stop than an everyday bagel run. Best by far: the Cali Roll. That was the unanimous favorite for all four of us. We also really enjoyed the chili oil scallion and pesto. Good to know: by the time we arrived at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, the miso scallion was already sold out. Biggest letdown: the matcha. It was gooey, kind of slimy, and didn’t have much flavor. Overall, the bagels were tasty, loaded with cream cheese, and fun to try. Bloom feels like the kind of place you take visitors or foodie friends for something unique, not necessarily your weekly bagel spot. Also good to know: • small plaza parking, hit or miss • small interior, no real seating • casual grab-and-go vibe • probably much busier on weekends We ended up eating next door on an outdoor patio, thanks to a neighboring restaurant letting us use their table.
